investigation prior to processing ID Kits. To receive online ID Kit
orders, we must temporarily create a file that is
encrypted and sent to us via a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
connection, which are cryptographic protocols that provide security
and data integrity for communications over networks such as the
Internet. We permanently delete the file once the
